I love what I do - though frustrated lately with the lack of it. But working on it!What I'm also working to change is the industries I work with. I'm focused on offering my talents and expertise to industries I'm passionate about - instead of working for those I'm not just to pay the bills. It's a leap of faith to say "no" to some gigs, knowing that I'm aligning myself to chase industries that God has laid on my heart.I'm passionate about real estate and fashion, ministry and aviation. Aviation has been a goal to break into for a while now, and the exciting thing is, God is finally opening doors... YEAH!!!!!!! (now if only I can be paid) :)

Great post. I love where I am because the company I work is out there making a difference, or trying to. Personally I find it so much more rewarding than previous opportunities that were just about getting a job done.

I feel trapped in a job where my boss is not ethical and I'm constantly asked to do things that I think are morally questionable or just plain wrong. Why don't I leave? I have a family and the job market is so bad right now that I'm at a dilemma of feeding my family and living with my conscience.
